Having worked for 25+ fantastic years as board director and senior management in some of our best known companies, I often experienced the same issues I now coach my clients through.

Inevitably, during my successful working life, I went through similar highs and lows one way or another – and now I find I can help and support others through executive coaching.
Recently I had to write my coaching profile and as I sat down to start tapping, without thinking, the first line that came from my keyboard read: “I wish I’d had a coach like me when I was in senior corporate roles!”

I also wish that I had made time to study NLP years before I did. It would have made my success a lot easier! Now as an NLP Master Practitioner, I find my combination of solid organisational experience, NLP skills and coaching qualifications, gives my clients fantastic results.

I help people and organisations thrive by developing more effective leadership and management skills.

I enjoy working with all my clients, and especially with women in areas of helping them to build their confidence, activate their self esteem and dealing with that sneaky 'imposter syndrome'.

I believe passionately in the power of coaching to help my clients find the way to take power back into their life.
