I hold several notable qualifications: accredited by the Royal Society of Public Health to deliver Mental Health First Aid training, certified by City & Guilds as a Suicide First Aid Instructor, a WRAW Certified Practitioner and a Certified NLP Practitioner. I collaborate with various clients across different industries, creating tailored mental health workshops, webinars as well as providing coaching.

With a professional background in HR, I have always been dedicated to supporting people. My HR roles involved being a crucial part of the support network for individuals facing various challenges including mental health challenges, as well as supporting, coaching and writing workshops for people managers. My work also connected me with young people, including graduates, school leavers, placement students, and those on work experience. My natural empathy and understanding have made me a trusted confidante for mental health concerns, both for adults and young people.

My journey in the mental health and wellbeing field began in 2017, following my personal battle with depression and anxiety in 2016. This pivotal experience ignited my passion for raising awareness, educating others, and fostering positive, supportive conversations about mental health. At the time, mental health was rarely discussed, particularly in my circles. My vision is to make mental health discussions as commonplace as talking about the weather.

Known for my high energy and enthusiasm, I deliver courses with a focus on authenticity, compassion, and empathy. My dedication to my core values ensures that every session is engaging, supportive, and impactful.
