The fact that I've come away from the Jan/Feb 2012 Practitioners course amazed at how much I've learned is testament to the dedication and professionalism of NLP Dynamics and of Steve in particular.
Steve's warm and engaging manner brings him right into the midst of his audience: It wasn't so much like having a 'teacher' as having an enormously knowledgeable and experienced fellow student, who was as open to learning from us as we were to learning from him.
Above and beyond Steve's commitment to the course itself is his continued interest in, and support of, all students - past and present.
I consider myself extremely fortunate to have landed Steve as my tutor and, as a result of being trained so well, have booked myself on the Master Practtioner's course.

I found Steve to be a fantastic trainer. Captivating, professional and diligent, he ensured that everybody on the course grasped and understood completely the processes we were learning. Approachable and open, no question was too much trouble to answer. I would highly recommend Steve to anybody looking to take their knowledge and training of NLP to the next level.

I was on the first course run by Steve Payne, in fact I was the first delegate to sign up.
His method of teaching was intuitive, professional, out standing and very well delivered, with a good measure of humour, empathy and clarity of how each process worked. For me it was the start of a journey which has opened up so many avenues. I have since resourced for Steve on other courses he has run, all have been delivered to the same high level of professionalism, his knowledge and adaptability to each set of course participants is to be applauded. Each course Steve delivers I have learnt something new, or how a process may be altered to suit the client.
I personally could not have wished for a better introduction and course tutor than Steve Payne, he guides people effortlessly and listens intently, as well as explaining things with a clarity where you are left in no doubt of what is required or expected of you.
The after course support provided by Steve to those who of us who have attended is to me a big comfort.

I first met Steve in his role as a trainer during a week long course in becoming an NLP Practitioner in 2011.
He is the consummate professional, whose insight, understanding and obvious dedication to this field and his clients, inform his training sessions throughout. As a first class communicator, his calm, genuine and approachable manner, leavened with his great sense of humour, make him a delight to listen to and learn from. Trainers like Steve help give NLP the credibility and respect that this sometimes misunderstood area needs and deserves. He is an asset to his organization NLP Dynamics.

Had a fantastic 7 days on the NLP Practitioner course that steve was delivering, he is very knowledgable and made things crystal clear through his explanations and answers. However he needs to bush up on his jokes though! Haha! Would highly recommend and have booked up my Master Practitioner through Steve and NLP Dynamics.

In my opinion Steve Payne is an excellent trainer in NLP. I felt at ease as soon as he welcomed me through the door.
He is professional, yet adds an element of humour. The training was well delivered and any question was welcomed without me ever being made to feel silly.
I would thoroughly recommend attending his training sessions.

I attended an NLP Practioners course run by Steve Payne last October. From the moment I arrived Steve made me feel very welcome, helped by his incredibly soothing voice and calm nature. During the course itself Steve took the time to listen to any questions that us beginners threw at him, while explaining very clearly all of the processes involved. I can and have recommended attending one of Steve's courses, whether as an introduction into NLP or to expand upon an existing skill set. Since the course Steve has taken the time to run practice sessions for those that attended the course and has been extremely supportive to those wishing to take the next step. Lastly and by no means least, the course was a lot of fun and would now consider Steve as a friend as well as a mentor.

I have not yet reviewed any books.
