Hi, I've just joined ANLP.

My professional experience ranges from one to ones to global webinars and presentations to corporates and conferences. EG speaking how mental health is a workplace asset and poor mental health is a workplace risk driven by how we turn up, how we do our jobs as a result of the impact of mental health on behaviours, beliefs, outlook, performance, productivity etc. how we think, feel, behave.

One achievement is being the content creator for a trilogy of mental well being resources in the equestrian industry based on core NLP coaching principles.  The last Riders Minds, won two global awards in 2021.

My work is very much about what we can do differently, based on the core conditions of NLP.

I'm most passionate about people overcoming adversity, blockages and limiting beliefs to achieve and succeed where they didn't think they could.  I stand for people speaking up, out, growing and developing their talent, ones they knew of and those they didn't know they had.  As Cyndi Lauper once said "Everyone's entitled to a joyful life'.  What sets me apart is perhaps the passion I have for this, driven by my own personal experiences and light bulbs moments, and fire in my belly to pay forward what someone once did for me.

I've become drawn and evolved in to speacialising in performance (personal and professional) , mental health, overcoming adversity, becoming better informed, equipped and enabled to manage life, its ups and downs and the unforeseen. Career change. Resilience, our 'bouncebackability'. Self awareness yet moreover shifting that into actions.

I care about people overcoming adversity, blockages and limiting beliefs to achieve and succeed where they didn't think they could.  I stand for If I can, others can too. People speaking up, out, growing and developing their talent, ones they knew of and those they didn;t know they had.  As Cyndi Lauper once said "Everyone's entitled to a joyful life'.  What sets me apart is perhaps the passion I have for this, driven by my own personal experiences and light bulbs moments, and fire in my belly to pay forward what someone once did for me.

Clients will benefit from greater [self] awareness and understanding. Moreover, techniques, strategies etc to put this knowledge and information into effective actions that will make a difference to their lives, performance, productivity, resilience, ability to manage life.

I can be hird for one to ones, corporate workshops, webinars, presentations, inspirational speaking. Can be face to face or on-line.

I cannot know whether I'm the right person to help and support someone at the beginning.  However, I'd like to think that from our initial conversations, they'd get a sense of rapport, encouragement, and open, honest and straightforward approach, some fun and challenge too.

My services would fit both individuals or corporates.  A great place to start is to have a conversation to see whether my extensive offerings, are what you need, want, need more of.
