We’re delighted to introduce a new way for ANLP members to showcase their specialist skills: Verified Certification Upgrades* — now available for a wider range of modalities, and developed in direct response to member feedback.

What’s New?

In addition to the existing Verified Upgrades for Coach and Supervisor, members can now apply for upgrades in the following areas:

  • Linear Time Techniques (including those certified in Time Line Therapy®)
  • Hypnotherapy
  • mBIT (Multiple Brain Integration Techniques)
  • RTM Protocols (Reconsolidation of Traumatic Memories)
  • Psychotherapy

These upgrades allow you to highlight your additional qualifications and make your expertise more visible to the public and professional community.

Coach Upgrade Now Aligned in Price

We’ve also reduced the Coach Upgrade fee to match the pricing of these new Verified Certification Upgrades — making it easier than ever to enhance your profile.

 

What Does “Verified” Mean?

  • A Verified Certification confirms that ANLP has received evidence of your qualification in a specific modality.
  • This differs from a Validated Certification, which confirms both the certificate’s lineage and its alignment with ANLP’s core membership standards.

 

What Evidence Is Required?

To apply, you’ll need to submit a copy of your certificate for each modality.

For Hypnotherapy and Psychotherapy, additional standards apply:

  • UK certificates must be issued by a training body that complies with the UK National Occupational Standards (NOS)
  • International certificates must come from organisations that recognise equivalent standards
  • Certificates from video-only or self-paced learning without live interaction or assessment are not accepted

 

What Are the Benefits?

Each Verified Certification Upgrade includes:

  • A specialist icon on your public ANLP profile
  • Acknowledgement on your membership certificate
  • Inclusion in a searchable public database for each modality — helping clients and peers find you more easily

 

Next Steps to Take Action

Log in to your ANLP member dashboard.

  1. Log in to your ANLP member dashboard.
  2. Choose the upgrade(s) you want by editing your membership subscription via the Verified Certificates heading on your dashboard
  3. Upload or email your certificate(s) as proof.
  4. Wait for verification — once approved, your profile, membership certificate, and public listing will be updated. Approvals usually take place on a Tuesday.
  5. Promote yourself — share your upgraded profile so clients and peers know about your specialist skills.

Please note: Your certificates tab on your public profile will only list modalities you have officially upgraded via your subscription.
