Dory Abou Haidar is the Founder and Lead Trainer of Dynamic Neuro Academy (DNA) in Lebanon, where he develops and delivers structured education in NLP, human behavior, psychology, and coaching. He is an INLPTA Certified NLP Trainer with an academic background spanning mental health and family counseling, cognitive behavioural approaches, business, and computer science.
Through DNA, Dory has developed a progressive 1.5-year NLP & Human Behavior pathway combining NLP methodology with the 6 schools of psychology, neuroscience, behavioral understanding, supervised practice, and clear professional boundaries. His work places particular emphasis on understanding the psychological processes behind behavior rather than teaching techniques in isolation.
He has also established the first healthcare collaborations in Lebanon and MENA that provide advanced students with supervised professional-development exposure within hospital environments (under the Hospital Medical Department), supporting a more responsible and evidence-informed approach to NLP education.
