ANLP Roles

Geoff’s passion is personal and professional development for himself and for those he connects with. Having experienced NLP through in-house training courses within UK companies in the mid 1990’s, Geoff’s use and knowledge of NLP has grown in breadth and depth ever since. Emigrating to New Zealand in 2005 and having held senior roles (Commercial Director, Sales Director and General Manager) in large organisations (such as American Express, British Airways and Heineken), he left corporate employment to develop his own coaching, education and training businesses in 2011.

Since 2011, Geoff has been working predominantly as a coach and mentor with those who have the desire to advance their personal and professional practice. His activities have included the delivery of coaching and NLP training to other likeminded individuals who have wanted to support the personal and professional development of others. In terms of his own NLP lineage, Geoff has experienced NLP training with trainers from NLP accreditation bodies such as ABNLP, IANLP, ICI, IN and INLPTA.

Currently Geoff is a Master Trainer with IN, a Fellow Member Trainer through IANLP and a Coach Master Trainer with ICI. Complementing his NLP credentials, Geoff is also a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) with the International Coaching Federation (ICF), a Master Practitioner (EIA) with European Mentoring and Coaching Council (EMCC) and a accredited Coach and Mentor Supervisor (ESIA) with EMCC. Perhaps unsurprisingly, Geoff is particularly interested in the interplay between Coaching and NLP from the perspectives of modality boundaries and psycho-social contracting with clients and is currently pursuing academic research at doctoral level in this area.
