Henrie Lidiard

Dr Henrie Lidiard is the NLP Specialist Envoy for Self-Awareness in Leadership.

Henrie works as an innovative coach, consultant and trainer. She specialises in building self-awareness for tangible organisational benefits; particularly in leadership communication within technical environments. She uses a variety of approaches to affect change and to enable clients to achieve and surpass their outcomes.

She began her career as a successful research scientist, and now has 20 years experience delivering applied NLP programmes to professionals within widely differing contexts (e.g. leaders and teams within engineering firms and water companies to clinicians, patients and carers within the NHS). Henrie's in-house trainings solve the client's specific challenges and equip participants with high levels of confidence and skill in the application of NLP to their field.

In 2004 she qualified as one of only a handful of INLPTA Master Trainers in the UK, she is also a Riso /Hudson accredited Enneagram trainer (with Honours). She has been developing and innovating in the field of NLP for 20 years and has co-trained with Dr Wyatt Woodsmall (the founder of INLPTA) on more than 12 International NLP Trainer Trainings. She is an Advanced Behavioural Modeller™ and has researched the skills of elite entrepreneurs. Henrie has also been involved in researching the efficacy of NLP in health care (palliative care/MRI Radiography), education and in mental health. Her coaching, training and consultancy are supported by the ongoing study and practice of the cognitive, emotional and somatic tools she teaches.
