NLP and Spirituality

A smaller number were present for the October 25 AT&T café and the conversation centred around the course Karen and Kash had just returned from with Richard Bolstad in Cyprus.

Titled, “Integration: NLP and Spirituality”, the course was a much, much deeper dive into topics of the Masterclass presentation that Richard gave in February 2025 which was called “Creation Cycle: Using the energy cycles of the body to create the change you want”.

They both said It was brilliant and beautiful.

One other of the four café attendees had also been on this course with the same gushing love of the learning and incredible respect for the art of the teaching. 

Richard and his life partner Julia Kurusheva used the myths, legends, historical fact (Richard is a qualified archaeologist, Julia is a qualified Shamanic Trainer) of Cyprus allied to the scientific and medical knowledge (Richard is a qualified Nurse) of the energy in the body... AND their combined NLP Training certification to deliver the best training course they have have ever been on...

In the bright sunshine and warm weather of Cyprus, they learned of the Goddesses and Gods of the ancient world, the Bronze Age influences, the Romans, Knights Templars and how they all influenced the way we live today...  They learned of the roots of Eastern spiritual practices, the Tao, Buddhism, Qigong, Ayurvedic mediations and how they are, in Kash’s map of the world, less about “religion” and more about philosophy... healing ourselves and increasing our self-awareness of how we interact with ourselves and the universe we live in.
