NLP Hybrid Trainers Training Accredited Evaluation Process

What is the new structure?

There are several key components that make our programme flexible, fun and credible.

• Our programme takes six months from the day you start to the end of our formal evaluation process
• The live online and face to face commitment is a minimum of 90 hours. This includes:
  • NLP Practitioner and Master Practitioner revision with Tracey Gray, Trainer of NLP. The revision syllabus and timetable is customised to each group.
  • Six live online modules with Lindsey Agness, Master Trainer of NLP (held on a regular day each month) 
  • Two-day face to face module at the Ashford international Hotel (or similar) with Lindsey Agness, Master Trainer of NLP.
  • Three-day formal Trainers Training accreditation process with both Tracey and Lindsey at the Ashford International Hotel (or similar). 
• In addition, there is self directed learning and homework aligned to each module as well as rigorous ongoing asessment.  
• The self-directed content for each module includes a pre-recorded video, manual, slides and other invaluable learning resources. 
• We use our state of the art learning platform to host all the pre-study materials as well as the videos of each live online session. 
• You will also have the opportunity to access personal coaching during the programme to help keep you on track and you will have the opportunity to join our online community.

This programme is accredited by the American Board of NLP and is rigorously evaluated at the end of the taught programme.  Evaluation takes place over 3 days and is face to face.  The length depends upon the number of students in the group.  Day one is a closed book test on core NLP Practitioner and Master Practitioner topics.  A pass-rate of 75% has to be achieved to pass onto the next stage.  There is no time limit. Day two starts with a demonstration being given at random to each student.  This has to be successfully delivered to move onto the final stage.  The final stage is the delivery of two 30 minute NLP presentations which also have to be given a 'pass' mark.
