Mastery means being able to engage effectively not just with individuals but also with teams and organisations. This requires the ability to understand, engage and impact the beliefs, values, criteria and metaprograms that drive all three. Hard to do this if you don’t understand the structure of each of these and how they work. That’s why we begin here.
