I'm Joanne, and I’m a qualified, certified and accredited Master NLP Practitioner, Master Life Coach, Master Clinical Hypnotherapist, and EFT Practitioner.

I’m passionate about helping people live their best life. Whether you're feeling stuck, scattered, or just ready for something to change, I’m here to help. I work with people who are ready to

I can offer pure NLP sessions, or can provide a bespoke personalised transformational approach blending NLP with other subconscious work in the form of hypnotherapy, conscious work in the form of Life Coaching, and/or somatic/body based work in the form of EFT and breathing approaches.

I support a wide range of clients, but as a mum to two little girls, I’m passionate about helping other mums. I understand becoming a mum can mean navigating identity shifts, emotional overwhelm, feeling lost, wanting to be a positive role model, and/or just a desire for something deeper.

I’m professional, friendly, compassionate and approachable... but if you want someone to challenge you, I can do that too! I will tailor my approach to meet your needs and personality. Whether you are new to NLP, and need reassurance trying this, or experienced and confident doing deep work (e.g., with hypnotherapy I can do regression and inner child), I can help you achieve profound change and healing.

My sessions are available online or in person in Dorset.
