Akiko Kawakami

Akiko Kawakami supports experienced professionals who are approaching or navigating the transition beyond full-time work — exploring not only the practical aspects of change, but also questions of identity, meaning, and direction.

Akiko creates a reflective and structured space where clients can explore:

• how experiences and long-held perspectives may shape the way they see themselves and their choices

Her work draws on NLP, coaching, human behaviour, leadership, and extensive experience in organisational environments. She brings together practical experience and a perspective informed by how people make meaning, communicate, and respond to change.

She has worked with individuals, teams, and organisations across Australia, Japan, and the United States, supporting people through organisational change, professional transitions, and personal turning points.

Akiko is an Accredited NLP Trainer and currently serves as the International Ambassador for Japan.
