Happy Bench Coaching was born out of my favourite place I like to go - the Happy Bench at the top of my garden. This is a place where I can sit quietly, listen to my inner thoughts and gain clarity, on what might be holding my attention. It is a place I feel safe, calm and have time to just be. This is the kind of space I like to create for my clients. Whether we walk and talk in nature, sit in my house, meet at your office or speak via Zoom, my clients feel very welcome, comfortable and at ease to face what they want to explore.
