Hi, I'm Andreja, and I'm a passionate believer that purpose is essential for a life and a career you love.
I've been an entrepreneur for nine years and am a professional coach. I changed my career after experiencing burnout twice while trying to achieve everything. Like many of my clients, I was in a position where much was expected of me, priorities were blurred, and boundaries were non-existent. In addition, as a mother, I realized I wanted a different life—one that wasn't just successful but also full of meaning.
That's why I'm here. I'm here to support you because I understand the pain and exhaustion hidden behind the facade of the "perfect" manager or business owner. I know what it's like to feel stuck, unrecognized, and overwhelmed.
My mission is to help you break free from that vicious cycle. To my clients, leaders, and entrepreneurs, I offer more than just classic coaching. My approach combines my rich entrepreneurial experience with the depth of logotherapy and existential analysis—a school of psychotherapy that places purpose at its core.
