Angela Grieveson

OKhealth was formed by Angela Grieveson, who is a Registered Nurse and Registered Specialist Community Public Health Nurse in Occupational Health. As an Occupational Health Adviser, gaving 33 years experience in the workplace and 10 years in the hospital setting, found herself becoming more involved in the psychological effects of work life balance and how one can affect the other, when not in balance. This encouraged her to follow her heart in 2007 and study psychotherapy, clinical hypnotherapy and other related courses including Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction. She studied at ‘Awaken School of Outcome Oriented Psychotherapies’ on a four year programme and trained as a Practitioner of Neuro-linguistic Programming, Master Practitioner of Neuro-linguistic Programming, Clinical Hypnotherapy, Advanced Patterns in Psychotherapy and other related courses. Angela has a passion for her work and how it can help people to live their lives in a more fulfilled way. Psychotherapy, using many techniques can enhance lives, help people achieve their goals and and allow them to feel OK.
