Passionate about people and unleashing their potential. Using NLP tools and techniques to help my clients have confidence in their personal and professional lives. My clients have achieved promotions at work, new relationships, enhanced lives and being comfortable with 'who they are'. I am a qualified NLP Trainer, Psychologist, Business and Life Coach, and as a qualified Image Consultant/Personal Stylist I can also help you look good as well as feel good!
What my learning about NLP has done for me since I began my NLP journey back in 1995 is:
* develop my leadership skills
* help others to develop a variety of skills, particularly in assertiveness, confidence and personal branding
* know how to manage challenging situations with fabulous NLP principles
As an Organisation Development Consultant I design and deliver a variety of programmes to help leaders be the best leaders they can be. The programmes combine leadership best practice combined with key NLP tools, techniques and practice. The programmes also focus on how to move from fixed mindsets towards growth mindsets. The overall vision for such programmes is to share best practice and enable clients to be more resourceful more often.
