Anna-Marie is a performance coach whose core ethos believes everyone can achieve amazing results beyond their conscious comprehension. Anna-Marie has been at the forefront of personal development and leadership for more than fifteen years.

Anna-Marie set high standards after commissioning in the top 2% from the prestigious British Army Royal Military Academy Sandhurst. From icy snow holes in northern Norway to the heat and sand of the desert in Central Asia adaptability, flexibility and a positive “can-do” attitude has formed the basis of Anna-Marie’s success.

She has valuable coaching experience initially from her successful military career then managerial experience within multi-cultural organisations on an international scale. Her central values of drive, dedication and determination have fuelled her passion to promote coaching across the Middle East through the recent creation of the International Coach Federation (ICF) Dubai and Saudi Arabia Chapters.

Over the last nine years she’s combined her two key passions in life; ultra-running and exploring the power of the mind in a quest for peak performance. Self-certified fair weather athlete she’s happier in toasty temperatures and prefers sunshine racing taking part in the Half Marathon des Sables Fuerteventura (2017) 1st lady, Marathon des Sables (2015 and 2018) 2nd and 5th lady respectively, Ultra Trail World Tour (UTWT) Cappadocia Ultra (2016) 1st lady and Oman by UTMB (2019) 1st lady.
