I am an accredited trainer of NLP and provide psychotherapy as part of advanced clinical training in Transactional Analysis.

It is my passion to work with both indivdiuals and groups to help resolve issues and facilitate postive change using a mix of NLP, psychotherapy, coaching and training.

I work with people to help overcome difficulties, to improve general wellbeing or for personal development.

I am the founder of Blend Therapy Centre. Our aim is to make good quality psychological, well-being services accessible. We provide low cost therapy and training programmes that are affordable fun, dynamic, interactive, challenging, and professional.
