From a young age, I’ve been fascinated by growth, leadership, and the inner workings of the mind. My passion for human behaviour and motivation was fuelled by extensive travel in my early years, sparking a deep curiosity about what drives people to change and succeed.

In my late teens and early 20s, I dedicated myself to studying and exploring the world, eventually landing in Sydney, Australia, in 2004. That’s where my journey in NLP sales began—working alongside Dr Tad James. Within just 1.5 years, I became the Sales Manager of the Australian office, and six years later, I was leading the company as Global COO, overseeing sales, operations, and marketing.

For over two decades, I played a pivotal role in the growth of The Tad James Company, filling training rooms, breaking sales records, and revolutionising NLP sales strategies. I created high-performing sales processes, marketing strategies, and a thriving sales culture, while personally coaching and mentoring thousands of NLP Practitioners, Master Practitioners, and Trainers worldwide. Collectively, my teams and I have sold over $100 million in NLP courses and coaching programs.

In 2023, I co-founded Connekt Coaching with my good friend and fellow NLP Master Trainer, Kallum Hock. Together, we help NLP Trainers, Coaches, and Practitioners build and scale their businesses with world-class sales & marketing strategies.
