Conrad Mepham-Stone

Conrad, the Founder, Head Coach, and Lead Trainer at Consoul, recently completed a distinguished 15-year career in the Royal Air Force (RAF). During his service, he deployed to Afghanistan on three separate occasions and later transitioned to training roles. He trained personnel for pre-deployment and then took on the task of training, mentoring, and supporting RAF members in all ceremonial engagements.

This final role involved creating and delivering the training program for some of the UK’s most significant ceremonial events, including the Queen's Platinum Jubilee Parade and the funerals of both HM Queen Elizabeth II and Prince Philip. For his dedicated service to the Royal Family, Conrad was personally invited into the Royal Victorian Order by HM King Charles III and was awarded the Royal Victorian Medal (Silver). He considers this a great honor and a fitting end to his military career.

Through these experiences, Conrad developed a deep understanding of the importance of effective communication, leadership, and teamwork, which inspired him to pursue these areas professionally. In 2016, a colleague introduced him to Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP). Initially skeptical, he enrolled in a practitioner course and quickly became passionate about the subject. A year later, he became a qualified Master Practitioner in both NLP and hypnosis. Simultaneously, he studied coaching and mentoring, which solidified his decision to teach these powerful subjects to others.

Since 2018, Conrad has been a professional coach, integrating NLP and hypnosis into his practice. These tools have been instrumental in helping people overcome personal challenges. In 2021, he qualified as a trainer in NLP and hypnosis, and he now shares his knowledge and expertise with those who are interested in the subjects. Conrad hopes to inspire others and help them achieve their personal and professional goals, which ultimately led to the creation of Consoul.
