Hi, I’m Liz Cresci — Master NLP Practitioner, Trainer, Accredited Coach, and Coach Supervisor.
I help people figure out what’s next when life, work, or leadership feels off track. Whether it’s through coaching, training, or supervision, I use NLP tools in a real-world, no-fluff way — not as scripts or canned techniques, but as flexible approaches that help shift patterns, get clearer, and take intentional steps forward.
My background’s a mix: life coaching, team development, mediation, and NLP education. What ties it all together is a focus on growth through change. I believe NLP should feel useful and down-to-earth, not something only “experts” get to play with.
At the end of the day, it’s about helping people move forward — clearer, calmer, more confident.
