With over four decades of experience in children’s social work and a lifelong commitment to justice, I bring a unique blend of professional expertise, lived experience, and NLP mastery to the frontlines of public service.

As a care-experienced adult and former safeguarding lead, I know firsthand how challenging it can be for professionals to hold onto their values under pressure. That’s why I use Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) to help social workers, educators, health professionals, and other public service staff develop the mindset, communication tools, and emotional resilience needed to keep children truly at the centre of their work.

I deliver training, mentoring, and coaching that goes beyond theory — offering practical, compassionate strategies grounded in real-world frontline experience. Whether it’s helping a practitioner reframe limiting beliefs, use language more effectively during a child protection conference, or build the confidence to speak up when something isn’t right, NLP provides the clarity and courage needed in high-stakes environments.

My mission is simple: to equip those who care for children with the internal resources to lead with heart, communicate with purpose, and challenge poor practice with confidence. NLP is not just a set of techniques — it’s a values-driven approach to transforming the system from the inside out.
