Hi!

I'm Emma and ever since I can remember I have been passionate about working with people to help them become the best version of themselves.

I am a Positive Psychology Coach and Clinical Practitioner in NLP , and I am passionate about supporting young people and adults to discover their true capabilities and create positive changes to support them in achieving their goals, whether they are educational or personal. I set up 'Educating Minds', a coaching platform to support and facilitate individuals to achieve and maintain these positive changes in a safe and non-judgmental environment. The changes are rapid, and the techniques are easily learned and, most importantly, the outcome can be lasting!

I offer online one to one  sessions based around a pluralistic approach to coaching; positive psychology strategies, Neuro Linguistic Programming techniques, Mindful Based CBT, neuroscience and a whole lot of human.
