Fathimath Afiya

Fathimath Afiya is from the Maldives. She is an International Coaching Federation (ICF) certified coach, professional speaker, and gender consultant from the Maldives, with over 30 years of multi-sector experience. She specialises in leadership development, Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP), emotional intelligence, public speaking, communication skills, and personal transformation, working with both individuals and groups to unlock potential and achieve meaningful goals.

She is a John Maxwell Speaker, Trainer, and Coach, a distinguished Toastmaster, World-Class Speaking Coach, and an International Certified Learning Facilitator, frequently delivering dynamic workshops, seminars, and coaching programs. A committed social advocate, she contributes to civil society and disability-related initiatives. She serves as President of Maldives Talent, Exco member of the Maldives Association of Professional Speakers (MPSA), and President of the Book Writers Association of Maldives (BWAM).

Regionally and internationally, Fathimath has represented the Maldives as a speaker and panellist at various conferences and seminars, while also authoring “100 Success Habits for the 21st Century Leaders.” She is currently pursuing her Doctorate in Business Administration, focusing her research on leadership and organisational development.
