Frank McNellis

Frank McNellis is a Master Coach and Trainer of Neuro-Linguistic Programming based in Sarasota, Florida.  Frank has nearly 30 years of experience supporting professional growth and transformational development. As the Founder of Beyond Boundaries LLC, he delivers NLP Practitioner and Master Practitioner trainings, along with advanced programs in leadership, sales, communication, and goal achievement.  

Frank loves seeing people become more empowered, get rid of long-standing beliefs that limit them, and embrace the lives that they know they were meant to have. For as long as he can remember, Frank has been passionate about learning and growing. Even as a child he would get very curious about something, and stayed with it until he could really “get it”. 

Frank’s work emphasizes helping individuals and professionals move beyond technique into embodied excellence. Through his signature framework, Own It: Your Excellence, he specializes in guiding trainers, coaches, and presenters to deeply integrate their knowledge and content so it is expressed with authenticity, clarity, and congruence. This approach emphasizes presence, alignment, and measurable impact, helping the person to step into authority and opportunities they never realized before.

Throughout his career as an educator, counselor, and NLP trainer, Frank has worked with individuals and organizations across diverse cultural and professional backgrounds. He is deeply committed to ongoing growth and learning and continuous refinement of both personal and professional practice.
