The Mindsonar© F5 workshop was extremely useful in helping to understand how we think and communicate. It enables, as a team, to understand what cognitive strengths and blindspots we had and gave us methods to improve our performance. The workshop helped to build an understanding of each other and ourselves that we can use to communicate more effectively. It also helped to understand how to better utilise our strengths and avoid our blindspots as a team. Overall, the workshop was invaluable in helping us improve both our individual and team performance. We are very grateful to have had the opportunity to participate in it.
The training was well timed and had excellent delivery by the main trainer Ian Clarke. Students had support along the training from graduates joining in which helped with our progress much. The content is well structured so it is easy to comprehend and the trainer empowers you to be accountable throughout the training to tackle certification with success. One must put some work in along the way and there is a lot of material available for further study. Mindsonar is an excellent tool and with the Mindsonar Professional Certification Training the community ensures the people working with this great assessment tool will provide the best possible service. Support is available also after the certification to help professionals on their way to business success. Had a great time training and further using the tool.
Ian is excellent at working with individuals and teams to improve communication, performance and productivity. Ian has extensive experience transforming the working environment through coaching, facilitation and consultancy. An expert in neurolinguistic programming and a MindSonar practitioner and trainer Ian understands the way thinking styles (metaprogrammes) affect performance and relationships. Using this understanding Ian then works with people to maximise their motivation and effectiveness in the workplace.
