Julie Cremoux

Hey! I’m Julie — a Mindset and Transformation Coach, NLP Master Practitioner, and Coaching Supervisor. Born in France and now living in California, I support empaths and coaches to embrace all parts of themselves. I believe every part of us is serving a purpose and deserves to be seen, heard, and understood. When each part has a seat at the table in our life choices, we experience a sense of wholeness, clarity, and beautiful alignment.

My approach is holistic and heart-led. Real healing happens when we stop trying to get rid of parts of ourselves or pushing them away — and instead begin welcoming them in with compassion. Parts work is one of my favorite modalities because it opens the door to self-acceptance and deep transformation.

I became a certified NLP Practitioner in 2023, followed by my Masters in 2024, and now a certified NLP Trainer by The Beyond Partnership. I’m also accredited by the International Association for Coaching (AC) and support fellow coaches as a supervisor — helping them grow in confidence, self-trust, and become AC accredited themselves.

My life motto is Life is Beautiful. And I mean that in all its dualities. I love that the more inner work we do on ourselves, the more this saying shines through.
