Coaching working parents, early career managers, and others to understand why they work, what’s important for them, and how they can align their work with their values, beliefs and desires. And how when they understand this other parts of their lives make sense and they can move forward to live lives they love.

I work with individuals and organisations using NLP to leverage real lasting change that is aligned to individuals and organisations needs and wants.

Why do I do what I do?
I passionately believe in the power of coaching to help support people, particularly parents and educators, to empower themselves to live lives that allow them to be their truest selves. The benefits of which are feeling fulfilled, content, happy or whatever they, the individual wants or needs.

What do I do?
I coach primarily parents and early career managers one to one, in person, on line or within an organisation.

How do I do it?

Using NLP and Love as the key ingredients of my coaching.
I believe in the power of love to heal and as a framework to make changes in our lives

And using NLP in this environment allows challenge to our perception, our thinking and our behaviour. I'm a huge fan of NLP Presuppositions as a great practical technique for living life.
