Master NLP practitioner, experienced coach and supervisor working primarily with ADHD and autistic adults in coaching, creative and entrepreneurial roles. Training spans NLP, positive psychology, Focusing and polyvagal‑informed approaches, grounded in many years of lived neurodivergent experience.
Most clients are ADHD and/or autistic creatives, coaches and heart‑centred entrepreneurs who want to thrive without burning out or abandoning themselves. Core themes include authenticity, sustainable work, emotional regulation, self‑trust and reshaping stories around “motivation”, procrastination and time.
I specialise in burnout and recovery, navigating late diagnosis, masking, rejection sensitivity, shame and overwhelm in both life and business. Clients often arrive feeling “too much” or “not enough” and leave with more language, self‑compassion and practical, brain‑friendly systems.
My work is firmly neurodivergent‑affirming and non‑pathologising: you are not here to be fixed, but to find your WayPower and work with your wiring. Sessions are collaborative, trauma‑sensitive and strengths‑based, integrating NLP with body awareness and intuition rather than relying on willpower alone.
Clients typically report greater self‑understanding, richer emotional language, nervous‑system awareness and practical tools that actually fit their brains and lives. Many experience reduced burnout, clearer boundaries, more ease with planning and follow‑through, and a kinder inner voice.
I offer 1:1 coaching, supervision for other practitioners, and focused WayPower sessions around specific stuck points such as burnout, visibility or decision‑making. Our work might include conversational NLP, gentle state work, values and strengths exploration, mapping, and co‑designing realistic experiments between sessions.
You are likely a good fit if you are ADHD and/or autistic (self‑identified or diagnosed), value depth and nuance, and want someone who “gets it” without needing long explanations. If you want both compassionate understanding and grounded, practical shifts, and are curious about NLP without pushy techniques, this work will probably resonate.
An outside observer might notice that this approach combines evidence‑informed NLP with coaching, somatic awareness and positive psychology in a way that is gentle yet appropriately challenging. It particularly suits reflective adults who want to understand patterns, not just apply surface‑level “productivity hacks”.
