Life and Business Coaching using NLP and Mindfulness in North Tyneside
I’ve been successfully coaching individuals privately and within an organisational setting for over 20 years, bringing a wealth of experience, understanding and compassion to my coaching. This enables me to provide support to individuals and businesses in achieving their goals and realising their potential. I’m so lucky to work with so many different people and have the privilege of sharing their journey and see them blossom and flourish as they achieve their goals and dreams.

It’s this passion for helping people achieve their potential and become the amazing people they truly are that’s driven me to continually develop my skills.

I draw on my extensive experience as a Qualified Executive Coach, a Master Practitioner of NLP as well as my knowledge of Mindfulness Mindful Coaching, Performance and Personal Coaching to work with you to evolve a bespoke programme to meet your own developing needs.
