I am Louisa, a licensed NLP4Kids Practitioner and NLP Practitioner based in Telford, Shropshire, where I support both young people and adults to create meaningful, lasting change in their lives. My work is grounded in practical, solution-focused Neuro Linguistic Programming, using tools that help people understand how their thoughts, language, emotions and behaviours interact so they can respond to life in more resourceful ways.

I work with clients facing challenges such as anxiety, low confidence, panic, fears, OCD patterns, emotional overwhelm and relationship difficulties. Anxiety in particular can show up in many forms, from social fears to panic attacks or persistent worry, and it often affects day-to-day functioning if left unsupported. My approach is proactive and designed to help clients shift their state of mind, develop effective strategies and take action quickly rather than remaining stuck in unhelpful patterns.

Whether I am supporting a child struggling with big emotions or an adult ready to move forward, my focus is the same: building awareness, strengthening resilience and helping people make better choices for their future so they can enjoy life with greater confidence. Sessions are available in person in Telford or online, making support accessible and flexible.
