Marie is co-founder of the Beyond Partnership. Beyond offers many public programmes complementary to NLP as well as Introductory days, Practitioner, Master Practitioner, Beyond Master Practitioner Masterclasses, Trainer Training and ICF/AC recognised Coach Programme for Master Practitioners. Marie has been a consultant, coach, conference speaker and trainer for over thirty years, working with private, public and voluntary organisations. In addition to being an NLP trainer Marie is an Accredited Coach (ICF-PCC and AC Professional Executive Coach) and an Accredited Coaching Supervisor (AC and CSA). She has several post-graduate qualifications including a Masters degree (MA) in Management Learning. She has studied humanistic psychology and has extensive training in group dynamics. She is also certified in Spiral Dynamics and various psychometric tests including FIRO B and MBTI (Step 1 and 2). She brings humour, challenge and compassion to her work along with a deep understanding of people and organisational processes.
