Melanie Richens

I am a Professional Coach, NLP Master Practitioner, NLP Trainer, Provocative ChangeWorks Practitioner and Hypnotherapy Master Practitioner.

My first career was as a lawyer, becoming a partner in a top 100 law firm and latterly Director of People. I am now following my passion for developing people enabling them to perform at their peak and removing barriers to success through a combination of coaching and training. I work with individuals and organisations.

My clients say that I am extremely outcome focused, working with them to enable them to be clear about what it is they want, and then using the various tools at my disposal to ensure they achieve their goals.

My greatest satisfaction comes from clients telling me that after their coaching sessions they have achieved what they previously thought was impossible; or have overcome a barrier that once seemed insurmountable.

I use a variety of coaching models which I combine with NLP and Hypnotherapy to work with clients to tailor my approach to match their needs.
