Muriel McClymont

As an Accredited Coach I have been working with NLP for nearly 20 years. My coaching largely focuses on developing leadership skills including self-leadership, as well as working with clients to build confidence and resilience.

As a Certified Coaching Supervisor I enjoy working with other coaches to help them learn and develop their coaching skills too. Supervision is something I have benefited from personally and I think it is an important addition to any practicing coach. I see supervision as a learning space where we co-create an environment of growth.

My strength is being able to listen and hear the patterns and themes you use and may often be unaware of. I will support your exploration, offering challenge when appropriate to help you connect, or more often reconnect, to your strengths, to help you access more choices in your life, or your coaching.

In addition to NLP I have trained in many modalities including Generative Coaching, an approach developed by Robert Dilts and Stephen Gilligan. I supervised the coaching team twice when the NLP School ran this programme in London with Steve and Robert.

Over time I have studied with an amazing group of trainers including Judith Lowe, Judy DeLozier, Robert Dilts, Stephen Gilligan, Susie Smith, Dr. Christina Hall, Melody Cheal, Art Giser and many more.

Earlier in my career I worked at board level in the Facilities Management sector where I worked with organisations such as IBM, UKAEA, MoD and BP. In addition to corporate clients, I regularly work with actors, musicians, journalists, writers and teachers.

I attend training regularly so I can continue to fine tune and expand my own skills and knowledge.
