A strategic Organisational Development & Inclusion Consultant with over 20 years’ experience driving transformational change across public sector organisations and wider. A Chartered Fellow of CIPD and MBA graduate, with a specialism in system-wide inclusion, anti-racist practice, and cultural transformation, having led initiatives across organisations serving up to 13,000+ staff as well as complex integrated care systems with conflicting priorities.
Currently researching biophilic principles in workplace effectiveness, combining evidence-based practice with innovative approaches including Gestalt supervision, Non-Violent Communication, systems thinking and complexity theory to deliver measurable organisational and system impact while championing environmental and social justice through voluntary work.
