Roy Peach

I am a qualified Life and Business Coach, NLP Practitioner, and qualified Youth Worker with over two decades of experience supporting children, young people, and adults.

My journey includes certifications in Relax Kids, NurtureUK, and various therapeutic techniques, deepening my passion for helping others. I’ve worked in schools across Oxfordshire, the local authority, with home-educated children, those with SEND, private clients, and in diverse youth work roles.

I continue to further my trauma-informed practice expertise and am a member of the Institute for Youth Work, as well as a JNC-registered professional Youth Worker. In 2023, I was honoured to receive the High Sheriff of Oxfordshire’s Award for my work with young people. I am also an Associate Member of the Association for Coaching and hold Public Liability Insurance.

Alongside my coaching practice, I serve as Education Manager for Justice in Motion, developing educational resources and delivering workshops to raise awareness about county lines, knife crime, and child criminal exploitation among children and young people.
