I am a transformational coach and an INLPTA NLP Trainer.
I work with people to help them build connections, achieve their goals, release limiting beliefs and habits that hold them back and find their centre of control.

I believe that coaching is a creative partnership that compassionately supports people to design how they want to be in the world, fulfilling their true potential with courage.

I am a trained coach, an NLP Master Practitioner, INLPTA NLP Trainer, a certified mBIT (Multiple Brain Integration Techniques) coach and a member of the ICF (International Coach Federation) as well as ANLP.

With over 25 years’ project and change management experience in a variety of sectors and corporate organisations, I have a wealth of experience in how to effect both personal and professional change.
