Before becoming a coach I spent 20 years working in senior PR and Communication roles for some of the worlds biggest luxury brands. I retrained as a coach with The Coaching Academy, the largest ICF accredited training in the UK and following on from that continued to specialise in supporting clients in their 30s, 40s and 50s through career change.  I am a licensed Firework Career Coach and work using a proven framework to support clients navigating a career change.

Following personal experience I did further training to work with ADHD clients with the ADD Coach Academy in New York, the gold stamp in ADHD coach training.  I am trained to work with both adults and families in this area.

Further to this I am an NLP Practitioner,  I have a BSc in Psychology, I am a member of the ICF and NLP and a member of the British Psychological Society.

I am passionate about supporting clients with ADHD and to help them understand their ADHD better - how they can better manage it, and with education, understanding and creating new effective strategies in partnership with a coach, to manage the challenges that get in the way and to help them to achieve success.  I continue to coach many ADHD clients through career change and use a structure of exercises to help facilitate change through an ADHD lense.

I am currently taking further training at the ADD Coach Academy to work specifically with children and their families.  I offer parent coaching to support parents to better understand ADHD and how they can better support their child, and also directly with children in partnership with the family.

If you are an adult with ADHD looking for coaching you do not need a diagnosis to work with me.  Many of my clients identify with the traits of ADHD but do not have an official diagnosis.
