I am the founder and proprietor of Yusra Training and Therapy, a Management and Consultancy company that specialises in: • Management and Leadership training • Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP), Coaching, Therapy and Personal Development training • 'Brain friendly' learning • Emotionally Intelligent Parenting I have a passion for people and for disseminating the knowledge I have worked and studied hard to gain. I am engaged in leading and delivering various training programmes in the UK and abroad. As a Certified Trainer of NLP, Success Coaching and related disciplines, I have trained many organisations in the public and private sectors, and am a Personal Success Coach to many business executives, professionals and people from all walks of life, in the UK and internationally. I also work with schools and colleges and deliver a unique programme on ‘Brain Friendly’ learning techniques. I have specialist training in helping clients to overcome learning ‘disabilities’ such as ADD, ADHD, Dyslexia etc. In my previous roles, I have had much highly successful and practical leadership experience in the Civil Service, Private Sector and the Charity / Volunteer services. I have written, planned and presented a number of TV programs and have appeared as a guest on programmes on satellite TV Channels. I am a regular contributor to Radio programmes and recently completed two separate series for radio, one in English and the other in Punjabi! And I am a lifelong learner, seeking to learn, implement and impart beneficial knowledge and to make a positive difference to all who come into contact with me.

I joined NLP training with Abu Yusra by recomandation of my friend. I found this training very usful, I'm very happy with every penny i spent on it and i will continue with further trainings.
Really thorough training with lots of opportunities to practise and learn the skills through actually 'doing' the work. Abu Yusra is very supportive of his students' growth and is continuously looking for ways of sharing his learnings with us. I also look forward to the opportunities he provides to refresh our knowledge and work together with other trainees.

Abu Yusra is what you need from a trainer. He is calm, encouraging, and models the techniques at all times. He has a way of delivering information in a comprehensive way, keeping it memorble but without diluting the intensity. You feel he's doing every exercise with you, and is invested and involved to the same degree you are. I cannot recommend him enough, and have done so to others willingly. Things I've learned from him in early courses are still vivid in my mind. The skills I learned from him are highly relevant, applicable and used in my life daily. This is not the usual corporate training, the skills gained are incredibly useful for life in general and the principles translate to numerous situations and scenarios. Many thanks.
