Tatiana Zalazar

I am Tatiana Zalazar C., Master Trainer, Systemic Coach, director of Escuela Crecer PNL in Chile, and facilitator of human transformation processes for more than a decade. My journey in Neuro-Linguistic Programming began as a personal search to understand how people - especially myself - create meaning, how we relate to our emotions, and how we can access higher states of wellbeing and responsibility. Over time, that personal search and transformation became my vocation: to accompany others in expanding their maps, unlocking their inner resources, and discovering possibilities they may never have imagined.

I have dedicated years to training with international leaders, especially Robert Dilts and Judith DeLozier at NLP University, and Stephen Gilligan, through whom I have integrated a deep, ethical and systemic perspective of NLP. For me, teaching NLP is not only about transmitting techniques, but about stewarding a discipline that transforms lives when taught with respect, precision and human-centred practice.

I chose ANLP accreditation because it represents the standards of quality, ethics and professionalism that I want to embody in my work and within my school. For me, ANLP is a mark that honours the essence of NLP and its responsible development. Furthermore, its international vision and commitment to rigorous training align completely with my purpose: to offer my students programmes of excellence, recognised globally and grounded in the values that support serious and transformative work.
