We specialise in supporting people struggling with ME/CFS, Fibromyalgia, IBS, Burnout etc. We apply a 3D approach that takes into account the Biology, Psychology and Social context (referred to as the BioPsychoSocial model). By working across all aspects that affect your health you are more likely to be able to both understand what's triggering the symptoms in the first place, what escalates and dissolves them and how to find your way forward.
