Tony Nutley is the CEO and Founder of the UK College of Personal Development which he launched in 1999 and was incorporated as a limited company in 2008. Over the last 20 years, UKCPD has grown into an international award-winning educational institute delivering best in class training, coaching and organisational development services.

Tony is a passionate performance coach and consultant; his coaching and consulting work is based on his many years of experience working with companies both large and small.

UKCPD (Tony Nutley)

UKCPD runs very well structured Practitioner and Master Practitioner in NLP and Coaching courses each over an academic year. I have found myself looking forward to the weekends of the course dates and I perceive that my peers are equally as enthusiastic.
As a GP I use a lot of what I learn in a clinical environment and although I do not have the time to do much proper coaching, what I have learned is useful and practical; I feel I prescribe fewer antidepressants and get better results! I have been the only medic on the courses I have attended but would recommend them to others. I feel the learning is geared towards whatever outcome the learner needs though Tony is an ardent supporter for the entrepreneurial spirit.

I have been a member of this college since September 2017.
I trained for my coaching and NLP practitioner in 2017, then I graduated as a master practitioner in 2019.
The college and courses have been an amazing experience for me. Tony and the team are brilliant trainers who support you through every single technique and step on the journey. I can honestly say the college has been life changing for me. I am now growing my own coaching business and the college team is still there by my side. I wholeheartedly recommend this place if you are looking to develop your NLP coaching whether for personal or professional reasons.

We have a bespoke training centre in Swindon, Wiltshire. Our training room is large and comfortable with plenty of room for breakout exercises etc.  

All our students benefit from our comprehensive College Library, stacked with over a 1000 books, CDs and DVDs.   We encourage all our students to use the library as much as possible, book out books etc and use them to enhance your learning experience.  

As well as books, DVD’s and CD’s we have an impressive selection of professional journals from the fields of NLP, Coaching and associated Personal Development fields.   

All Practitioner Students are also given access to our online Student Portal which has lots of videos, documents and other supporting resources. 

The student lounge is a great place to relax, chat to other delegates, and enjoy our premium coffee and teas which are supplied thought the training days.

Ongoing CPD & Support

Our support does not end when the training is over, we have a complete after programme service. We are also hosting an Association For Coaching “Co-Coaching Forum” every other month as well as our regular NLP Practice Group, the NLP Service Station! 

As well as the above, there are lots of other events and opportunities to share experience, learn and develop… the annual College Graduation event is not to be missed, all college members are of course invited. (All NLP Practitioner Graduates become College members)
