As the Master Trainer and Managing Director of Arslan Larik & Company (AL&CO), Arslan has transformed many people, empowering individuals, professionals and leaders to overcome limitations and achieve personal and professional breakthroughs.  His work extends across the USA, Canada, Europe, Asia, Australia, and the Middle East, building bridges between Pakistan’s NLP community and the global coaching industry.

Arslan’s journey into NLP began from a deep desire to understand human potential and the mechanics of change.  His early years were marked by a relentless pursuit of knowledge, leading him to train with some of the best minds in the world of NLP, hypnotherapy, and behavioural sciences.

Through his work, Arslan has not only helped individuals reshape their lives but has also played a key role in establishing professional standards and ethical frameworks for NLP and coaching in Pakistan.

Arslan is a firm believer in coaching as a catalyst for transformation, and his vision extends far beyond individual success.  His contributions to NLP training, coaching, and leadership development have helped establish Pakistan as a growing hub for professional NLP training and certification.

AL&CO as an institution, in collaboration with its board of trainers, launched Pakistan’s first NLP & Hypnosis Trainer’s Training & Evaluation Certification.  Arslan is committed to nurturing future NLP trainers and thought leaders.  

By fostering collaborations, mentorship programs, and ethical coaching standards, Arslan is working towards ensuring NLP in Pakistan continues to grow on an international scale.

Arslan’s vision is to see Pakistan emerge as a recognised centre of excellence in NLP and coaching, integrating scientific, ethical and professional coaching standards that make NLP more accessible and impactful.   His belief in the power of community, shared learning, and ethical coaching has driven his efforts to build a sustainable ecosystem for NLP in Pakistan.

Beyond corporate coaching and training, he envisions NLP reaching grassroots levels, supporting educators, mental health professionals and underprivileged communities in their journey toward self-empowerment.

Through global collaborations, speaking engagements, and training initiatives, Arslan continues to bring Pakistan into the global NLP conversation, opening doors for practitioners, coaches, and trainers to gain international recognition.
