From an early age, I developed a profound interest in human behaviour, leadership, and the mechanisms of personal and professional growth.
Extensive international travel during my formative years fostered a deep curiosity about what drives change and success in individuals and organisations.
In 2004, I commenced my professional journey in Neuro-Linguistic Programming in Sydney, Australia, working alongside Dr Tad James. Within 18 months I was promoted to Sales Manager of the Australian office, and six years later appointed as Global Chief Operating Officer of The Tad James Company. In this role I was responsible for international sales, operations, and marketing, and played a pivotal part in expanding the organisation’s global reach.
Over more than two decades, I have not only contributed to the organisational growth of NLP worldwide but also dedicated significant time to the training room itself. Working alongside and learning from some of the world’s leading NLP Master Trainers. This immersion in both the business and the practice of NLP has enabled me to bridge the discipline with sustainable, evidence-informed growth strategies while mentoring thousands of students internationally.
Currently, I serve as Co-Founder of Connekt Coaching, a Sales Training and Business Advisory organisation. Together with my business partner, Kallum Hock, we specialise in helping NLP Training providers and NLP Coaching businesses grow and scale sustainably. In doing so, we draw upon my 20 years of experience as a business leader within one of the world’s foremost NLP institutes, ensuring that the principles and practices of NLP remain central to modern business success.
Our work extends beyond individual business performance: it is about expanding the influence of NLP itself, developing frameworks and training models that keep the field relevant, credible, and accessible to wider audiences.
My academic and professional orientation has always been toward advancing the field of NLP while adapting it to evolving global contexts. In collaboration with ANLP, my focus remains on ensuring that NLP continues to develop as a respected discipline that empowers individuals, strengthens organisations, and fosters meaningful transformation across the world. Throughout my career, I have been affiliated with a number of global NLP associations and professional boards. Among these, ANLP stands out as the most progressive body, particularly in the level of support, advocacy, and community development it provides for its members. It is for this reason that I am proud to serve as the ANLP Australian Ambassador, continuing to advance the field of NLP within our region while contributing to the global conversation about its future.
