Francis Petot is a leading figure in Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) and Hypnosis on an international scale. Founder of Psynfinity Formation in Luxembourg, he combines a pragmatic approach derived from high-level finance with a deep understanding of the mechanisms of therapeutic and educational change. Francis is the ANLP Ambassador for Luxembourg.
AN UNUSUAL CAREER PATH: FROM FINANCE TO HUMANITIES
Before devoting himself to coaching, Francis worked for 13 years as a trader on the Paris Stock Exchange. This hands-on experience, marked by stress management, rapid decision-making and market psychology, gives him a unique ability to understand the challenges of performance and resilience, both for individuals and organisations.

Since 2010, Francis has been practising as a therapist, using an integrative approach. His practice draws on a range of therapeutic tools (NLP, hypnosis, systemic approaches) to offer tailor-made solutions to his clients.
Alongside his consultations and training courses, he is a renowned author. His books, which serve as guides to transformation, have now been translated into several languages, demonstrating the universal impact of his methods and vision.
METHODOLOGY AND VISION
A specialist in cutting-edge pedagogy, his method is based on the engineering of transmission. He teaches the art of performing in front of an audience, mobilising the neurology of learners and structuring training courses for maximum impact. His vision is rooted in fundamental values: Humanism, Integrity and Humility.
THE EVENT OF THE DECADE
In 2026, he made NLP history by relaunching the ‘Train the Trainer’ course in French, under the supervision of Bert Feustel (INLPTA World Director), thus consolidating his mission to train an elite group of French-speaking teachers.
