Jeremy Lazarus

Jeremy is a Certified NLP Master Trainer, an Accredited Master Executive Coach (Association for Coaching), a Professional Certified Coach (International Coaching Federation), and an Approved Coach Trainer for the ILM (part of the City & Guilds Group), the Institute of Leadership, and the Association for Coaching. He is passionate about helping people unlock their potential and be even more successful (both professionally and personally), making a positive impact on the wider world.

Since forming The Lazarus Consultancy Ltd and transitioning into training and coaching in 1999, Jeremy has trained and coached thousands of individuals across sectors including blue-chip companies, SMEs, the NHS, charities, trade unions, and elite professional sport.

Prior to 1999, Jeremy spent 18 years as a senior finance professional and management consultant. He is a qualified accountant and corporate treasurer, having held roles such as Finance Director at YO! Sushi, senior finance roles at Unigate plc, and Management Consultant at Ernst & Young.

He has been on the faculty of several UK universities and continues to serve as a guest lecturer. In addition to his coaching and NLP qualifications (including an MA), he is an assessor for coaching applications on behalf of the Association for Coaching. He is also the author of four best-selling NLP books.

The Lazarus Consultancy Accreditations:

• 2014: Became an ILM Approved Centre, authorised to deliver Level 3, 5, and 7 Coaching & Mentoring qualifications.
• 2016: Became the first organisation globally approved to deliver all four levels of the Association for Coaching’s Accredited Coach Training Programmes.
• 2020: Gained approval as an Institute of Leadership Centre, offering coaching programmes from ‘Introduction’ to ‘Executive’ level.

Outside of Work

In his spare time, Jeremy enjoys playing tennis and padel, watching football (having played semi-professionally for 14 years), dancing Modern Jive, and keeping fit with Pilates. He maintains an interest in business and finance and enjoys practising his French, which he studied for nine years.
