Yousif Mangi is the Founder and Chief Learning Officer at Konnecting Dots, and an experienced NLP Trainer, Coach, and Hypnotherapist dedicated to personal and professional transformation.
With over a decade of experience in Learning and Development, Yousif has conducted more than 100 workshops across diverse sectors, impacting over 30,000 individuals. His work focuses on enabling people to create meaningful internal shifts that lead to sustainable external success.
Yousif is a certified NLP Trainer and Hypnotherapy Trainer, holding certifications from the American Board of Hypnosis (USA), the Professional Board of Hypnosis (PBH, Canada), and is a Trainer Member with the Association for NLP (ANLP, UK). His journey with NLP began in 2014 during his university years and has since evolved into a decade-long commitment to continuous learning and practice. He completed his Trainers Training Program under the mentorship of Nishith Shah, further strengthening his experiential and practical approach to learning.
Rooted in the NLP principle of modelling, Yousif believes that every individual already possesses the internal resources required to create a better life and move forward with purpose and positivity. This belief shapes his approach as a trainer — focusing not just on delivering content, but on creating meaningful, experiential learning environments. For him, true transformation comes not from information alone, but from what participants experience, internalize, and apply in their lives.
As a practitioner and trainer, Yousif specializes in Emotional Intelligence, Leadership Development, Stress Management, Negotiation Skills, and Work-Life Balance. His approach is grounded in experiential learning, helping individuals not only understand concepts but also embody them in real-life situations.
Through his platform, Konnecting Dots, he works with individuals, teams, and organizations to build awareness, enhance communication, and create lasting behavioural change. His work has extended globally, coaching clients across more than 15 countries.
Yousif considers his association with the Association for NLP (ANLP) an important part of his professional journey, valuing its commitment to ethical standards, quality training, and credibility within the NLP field. He believes that organizations like ANLP play a vital role in shaping responsible practice and bringing greater structure and recognition to NLP globally.
Being appointed as the ANLP International Ambassador for Nepal is both an honour and responsibility that he holds with deep respect. Representing ANLP across regions, while being based in Pakistan, allows him to contribute to the growth, awareness, and integrity of NLP in a meaningful way. He is committed to supporting ANLP’s vision by promoting high standards, encouraging continuous learning, and fostering a community of practitioners who create genuine, lasting impact.
