Combining the latest research and deep learning, Alison will carefully take you on your own journey to holistic health and happiness, seeking your purpose through your own innate skills, capabilities, and inner resources.  Her love of people, and recognising that every person has a unique perception of the world, enables her to skilfully engage clients in learning how to nourish yourself to be authentic.
