NLP Principles is the internationally accredited human behaviour training & business change consultancy that enables individuals and businesses to achieve performance enhancement at the highest level by focusing on the only true way to create sustainable improvements... with a change in behaviour.

Having a passion for human behaviour analysis & the psychology of behavioural excellence & high-performance, it was almost impossible to find a credible service that combines expert knowledge in this field with real-world experience in business. NLP Principles was conceived in 2021 to fill that gap.

Business performance enhancement might be to; increase profit, improve productivity, reduce attrition, or up-skill talent. For an individual, this might be personal development objectives, up-skilling soft skills, or getting support to overcome mindset obstacles currently holding you back from achieving excellence.

After a 6 year career in magazine publishing it was inevitable that my entrepreneurial journey would eventually begin. What followed was a 10 year stretch co-founding companies in the AdTech sector. An invaluable decade gathering experience in every aspect of business; strategy, leadership, operations, & working-through every stage of a business lifecycle. 

As MD of the advertising agency Think Clever Media, we raised investment & following our acquisition, I became CEO to the board. A year on, armed with 2 decades of business leadership experience & scaling multiple companies to £1M+, it was time for a change.

For the next few years I focused on acquiring a world class education in the field human behaviour analysis.

This time saw me;
